ER24 is a digital marketplace operated by FOR-DEVS LLC, a New Jersey–registered company. These Contractor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ER24 platform as a service provider (“Contractor,” “you,” or “your”).

By creating a contractor account, submitting proposals, viewing service requests, purchasing leads, receiving platform communications, or using ER24.io in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

ER24 is not your employer, partner, joint venturer, or agent.

ER24:

  • does not perform repair services
  • does not supervise or control your work
  • does not set your pricing
  • does not guarantee job volume or income
  • does not supply tools, equipment, vehicles, or materials
  • does not control your work schedule
  • does not guarantee that any client will hire you

You operate as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for:

  • your business operations
  • your tax obligations
  • your licenses and permits (if required)
  • your insurance (if required)
  • your pricing and estimates
  • your professional conduct
  • your work quality and safety

ER24 is a marketplace and lead-distribution platform only.

3. Contractor Eligibility

To use ER24 as a contractor, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old
  • be legally authorized to perform your trade
  • comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • provide accurate and truthful profile information
  • maintain an active, reachable mobile phone number
  • accept these Terms

ER24 may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • fraud or misrepresentation
  • harassment or abusive conduct
  • repeated client complaints
  • off-platform payment circumvention
  • safety risks
  • violations of these Terms

4. Account Creation & Verification

During signup, you must:

  • provide accurate business and contact information
  • agree to these Terms
  • maintain updated profile details
  • optionally upload licenses or insurance documents

License & Insurance Notice

Any licenses, certifications, or insurance documents you upload:

  • are not verified by ER24
  • are displayed to clients “as-is”
  • remain entirely your responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • ER24 does not confirm the authenticity or validity of documents
  • ER24 makes no guarantees regarding your legal eligibility
  • you must independently comply with all legal requirements for your trade

4A. SMS Communications & Opt-In Consent

By creating a contractor account, providing your mobile phone number, and accepting these Terms, you expressly opt in and consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from ER24, including but not limited to:

  • account verification codes
  • lead notifications
  • proposal and selection updates
  • job-related alerts
  • security notifications
  • platform-related operational messages

These messages are transactional and operational, not promotional spam.

  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@er24.io.

Providing a valid and reachable mobile phone number is required to use core contractor features, including lead access and notifications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing leads, but is required for proper platform operation, security, and fraud prevention.

5. Service Requests & Proposals

Clients may submit service requests at any time.

You may:

  • view available requests
  • submit unlimited free proposals
  • include pricing, photos, estimated arrival time, and messages

Proposals are displayed to clients in the order submitted.

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee:

  • client selection
  • job award
  • project completion

6. Preferred Contractor Selection (Up to 4)

After reviewing proposals, clients may select up to four (4) preferred contractors.

Selected contractors receive:

  • priority selection status
  • higher visibility
  • increased likelihood of being hired
  • ability to purchase the lead and unlock full client information

Selection does not guarantee a job award.

7. Lead Purchases (Buy-to-Call System)

Unlimited Lead Purchases

ER24 does not limit how many contractors may purchase a lead.

Any contractor may purchase a lead at any time to unlock:

  • client’s full name
  • phone number
  • exact service address
  • full job details

Purchasing a lead does not guarantee winning the job.

Before purchase, the platform displays the notice:
“Multiple contractors may purchase this lead.”

Lead Pricing

Lead pricing is configurable and may change.

Current pricing examples:

  • Promotional price: $29 per lead
  • Standard price: $69 per lead

Pricing may vary by category, urgency, market conditions, or promotions.

All lead payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Refund Policy

Lead purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are granted only in rare cases, at ER24’s sole discretion, if:

  1. an invalid phone number resulted from a platform error
  2. an accidental duplicate job was created within seconds
  3. confirmed fraudulent or malicious client behavior is detected

Refunds are not provided for:

  • not being selected or hired
  • client not answering
  • competitive market conditions
  • pricing disagreements
  • client cancellations
  • inaccurate job assumptions
  • travel time or delays
  • being outperformed by other contractors

This refund structure reflects industry standards for emergency lead marketplaces.

9. Contact Information Access

You may access full client contact details only when:

  • you purchase the lead, or
  • you are selected as a preferred contractor and you purchase the lead

You may not:

  • request contact information before purchase
  • scrape or extract data
  • bypass ER24 systems
  • conduct off-platform communication

Violations result in immediate account termination.

10. Off-Platform Circumvention Prohibited

You agree not to:

  • perform transactions outside ER24
  • encourage clients to cancel ER24 requests
  • send direct payment links
  • arrange private deals to avoid lead fees
  • bypass ER24 systems

ER24 may suspend or terminate accounts and deny refunds for violations.

11. Contractor Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • diagnosing service issues
  • quoting fair and transparent prices
  • communicating respectfully
  • maintaining job-site safety
  • complying with building codes
  • maintaining required licenses
  • arriving as promised
  • delivering quality work

ER24 does not intervene in service performance.

12. Payments (Contractor Fees Only)

ER24 does not process payments between clients and contractors.

You agree that:

  • clients pay you directly for repair services
  • ER24 only collects contractor-side fees (leads, boosters, subscriptions)
  • ER24 is not responsible for non-payment, chargebacks, or disputes

13. Disclaimers

ER24 provides the platform “as-is.”

ER24 does not guarantee:

  • job volume or income
  • client responsiveness
  • safety at job locations
  • accuracy of job descriptions
  • contractor selection

You assume all risks when responding to requests or visiting client sites.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ER24 is not liable for contractor injuries, accidents, theft, or job-site disputes
  • ER24 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • ER24 is not liable for lost profits or missed opportunities

ER24’s total liability is limited to the lesser of:

  • the amount you paid for the affected lead, or
  • USD $100

15. Future Features & Pricing Changes

ER24 may introduce at any time:

  • variable pricing
  • category-based pricing
  • urgency pricing
  • visibility boosters
  • premium placement
  • subscription tiers
  • analytics dashboards

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
All disputes must be resolved exclusively in New Jersey courts.

ER24 may update these Terms at any time.
You may be required to accept updated Terms upon login.

  • comply with these Platform Terms
  • be at least 18 years old

ER24 may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • fraud
  • abusive behavior
  • platform misuse
  • providing false information
  • violations of any policy
  • off-platform circumvention

4. License to Use the Platform

ER24 grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • use the platform as intended

Users may not:

6. Payments & Fees

ER24 does not process payments from clients for contractor services.

Payments processed through ER24 apply only to contractors and may include:

  • category-based pricing
  • urgency-based pricing
  • subscription tiers
  • other contractor-facing products

All fees:

  • are clearly displayed before purchase
  • are processed via Stripe or another PCI-compliant processor
  • are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under refund rules

ER24 may introduce future client-side features such as a refundable request-legitimacy deposit, which would be clearly disclosed at the point of use.

ER24 reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting.

7. Platform Rules for Clients

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate and truthful job information
  • upload real photos and descriptions
  • avoid prank or fraudulent submissions
  • treat contractors respectfully
  • use ER24 for legitimate repair needs
  • not circumvent the platform to avoid contractor lead fees

Client behavior is governed by the Client Terms & Conditions.

8. Platform Rules for Contractors

Contractors agree to:

  • maintain legal eligibility to perform services
  • provide honest and transparent pricing
  • communicate professionally
  • avoid off-platform transactions
  • assess lead value before purchase
  • comply with the Contractor Terms & Conditions
  • maintain required licenses, permits, or insurance

ER24 does not verify contractor licenses or insurance.
Contractors are solely responsible for legal compliance.

9. Marketplace Transparency

ER24 provides:

  • unlimited contractor proposals
  • unlimited contractor lead purchases
  • client ability to select up to four (4) preferred contractors
  • contractor ability to purchase leads at any time
  • visibility into request details (limited or full depending on payment)

ER24 does not guarantee:

  • contractor selection
  • client hiring
  • contractor responses
  • job completion

10. Off-Platform Circumvention Prohibited

Users may not:

  • exchange direct contact information before platform rules allow
  • conduct private transactions to avoid platform fees
  • bypass ER24 systems for lead or client acquisition

Violations may result in:

  • account suspension
  • permanent removal
  • forfeiture of funds
  • legal action

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ER24.io, including:

  • branding
  • logos
  • text
  • graphics
  • database structures
  • algorithms
  • UX flows
  • custom UI components

is the property of FOR-DEVS LLC and protected by applicable laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

12. Disclaimers

ER24 provides the platform “as-is” with no warranties.

ER24 does not guarantee:

  • accuracy of contractor information
  • authenticity of credentials
  • uninterrupted service
  • job outcomes
  • user behavior

13. Limitation of Liability

  • the amount paid to ER24 by the user in the last 12 months (contractors only), or
  • USD $100

No liability applies to users who paid $0.

14. Indemnification

from any claims arising from:

  • contractor actions
  • client actions
  • property damage
  • legal violations
  • misuse of the platform
  • payment disputes between users

  • platform features
  • UI/UX
  • geographic availability

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

16. Governing Law

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

7. Contractor Proposals

After submitting a request:

  • any number of contractors may send proposals
  • ER24 places no cap on proposals
  • proposals appear in the order submitted
  • you may review contractor profiles and proposal details

Selecting Preferred Contractors (Up to 4)

You may select up to four (4) contractors as preferred choices.

Selected contractors receive:

  • priority selection status
  • increased chance of being hired
  • the option to purchase your lead to unlock contact information

You are not obligated to hire any contractor.

8. Contact Information & Privacy

ER24 protects your privacy.

Your contact information (name, phone number, service address) is not shared with any contractor until one or more of the following occurs:

  • you select a contractor’s offer, and/or
  • a contractor purchases your lead (buy-to-call or post-selection), and/or
  • ER24 authorizes release according to platform rules (rare exceptions)

Contractors cannot view your phone number or address before these conditions are met.

9. Payments

No Payments Required for Service Requests

ER24 does not charge clients to submit service requests or review proposals.

Refundable Legitimacy Deposit (Future Feature)

ER24 may, in the future, test a fully refundable deposit solely for:

  • preventing fraudulent or prank submissions
  • ensuring lead legitimacy
  • protecting contractors from invalid requests

If implemented:

  • the deposit will be 100% refundable
  • it will not be a fee
  • it will be returned whether the job is completed, canceled, or expires
  • ER24 will aim to ensure no cost to clients

This feature is not active at this time.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a request at any time before hiring a contractor.

Refunds related to contractor services (if you paid a contractor directly) depend on:

  • whether work has begun
  • contractor cancellation policies
  • applicable laws

ER24 does not guarantee refunds for contractor-performed work.
Contractors handle their own service payments and policies.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Clients may not:

  • provide false information
  • submit fraudulent or prank jobs
  • harass contractors
  • submit jobs with no intention of hiring
  • circumvent the platform
  • violate applicable laws
  • misrepresent service needs

Violations may result in:

  • account suspension
  • permanent blocking
  • legal action

12. Contractor Responsibilities (For Your Awareness)

Contractors must:

  • comply with applicable laws
  • maintain required licenses
  • maintain insurance if required
  • provide accurate quotes
